GENERAL INFORMATION

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUES - After calling 911 and if necessary, for maintenance or service please call 920-944-3515 x 2486.

HVAC FAILURE - Please take a moment and ensure your air filter has been changed recently, replace the batteries in your thermostat, note if there is any air coming from the vents, turn the breaker on and off for the heating/air unit, and check the outside unit to verify if the fan is running and if there is any ice buildup on the unit.

HOT WATER HEATER - Many hot water heater issues are related to a pilot light going out, or a thermostat that needs adjusting. Residents are responsible for the care of each of these which can be found on the side of the hot water heater unit. It is recommended to have a professional to light the pilot light on the unit.

ELECTRICAL OUTAGES - Please be sure to check with neighbors to determine if the electrical outage is isolated to your home or may be out by the utility provider. If there has been a storm, an incident, or just a local outage the utility provider will be able to provide you with updates about the service going forward.

If only an area of your home is affected check the breaker box for a tripped breaker. Unplug anything that may be a cause of an overload. Check for GFI Outlets that have a reset to reset all breakers. Sometimes a breaker downstairs will affect upstairs, and vice versa.

  • If your kitchen or bathroom sink has a leak: please call the Property Management Coordinator at 920-944-3515 x 2486.

  • If your power is out: first check your breaker panel which should be in the basement. Before contacting our Property Management Coordinator, check with We Energies at 1-800-662-4797 to see if there are scheduled or reported outages in your area. If there are no scheduled or reported outages, please wait until the next business day to contact service@vuerentalproperties.com or call 920-944-3515 x 2486, unless it is on Saturday or Sunday then you may call 920-944-3515 x 6608 to leave a message to get a return call within 24 hrs.

  • If you have no hot water: please wait until the next business day to contact service@vuerentalproperties.com or call 920-944-3515 x 2486, unless it is on Saturday or Sunday then you may call 920-944-3515 x 6608 to leave a message to get a return call within 24 hrs.

  • If your refrigerator is not working: first unplug the unit and plug it back in securely. If it still does not turn on, please wait until the next business day to contact service@vuerentalproperties.com or call 920-944-3515 x 2486, unless it is on Saturday or Sunday then you may call 920-944-3515 x 6608 to leave a message to get a return call within 24 hrs.
