Why should I consider working for Vue Rental Properties (VRP)?

Who can work for Vue Rental Properties (VRP)?
Vue Rental Properties (VRP) will accept any vendors who are willing to work hard for our company and will show up with a professional look and courteous manner. Certain work for Vue Rental Properties (VRP) may require licensing and insurance. We only hire and rehire contractors who do quality work in a timely manner. Communication with us and with the resident is key to a long-term working relationship.

What kind of work does Vue Rental Properties (VRP) have for vendors?
We can use any building maintenance or construction-type workers, including HVAC, roofers, painters, electricians, plumbers, cleaning companies, floor installers, general handymen, and many more. 

How do I become a vendor for Vue Rental Properties (VRP)?
Vue Rental Properties (VRP) is always looking to expand our partnership with vendors that will add value to our clients. Begin the process by completing the vendor application form.

Can I work for other property management companies if I sign up with Vue Rental Properties (VRP)?
Yes, although we would love to be a high priority for you. If we can only offer you a handful of work orders a week in your area and you can handle a lot more, feel free to pick up work from others. We’ll do our best to keep you busy.

How do I receive work from Vue Rental Properties (VRP)?
We issue work orders via email through the work order system. We receive work orders from residents and property managers, and our team directs them to the right contractor. You are expected to use the work order to contact the resident and to document completion of the job.

How long do I have to complete the work order?
Vue Rental Properties (VRP) needs all work orders completed within business 7 days. You can let Vue Rental Properties (VRP) know your jobs are done by emailing your current Vue Rental Properties (VRP) contact and by sending a message on TenantCloud for the specific work order. (Vue Rental Properties (VRP) team will add vendors to our TenantCloud system once they are approved.)

When do I get paid?
Invoices must be sent to billing@vuerentalproperties.com or through TenantCloud system. They will be paid once approved by Vue Rental Properties (VRP) team and payment will be direct deposit or mailed out.

How do I submit invoices?
Submit invoices via email to billing@vuerentalproperties.com or through TenantCloud system. Any jobs over $200 must be approved by Vue Rental Properties (VRP) team prior to completion. Once received, Vue Rental Properties (VRP) team will review your invoice and contact you with any questions.

What do I need to include on my invoice?
Your invoices should include your address, phone number, and contact person. They should list the work order number, property address, and apartment number (if applicable) as provided by Vue Rental Properties (VRP). Invoices must contain a clear breakdown of both labor and materials, as well as any other notes deemed necessary. Incomplete invoices will be sent back for adjustment.

Who do I contact if I have a question?
For questions regarding joining our vendor network, please submit a request via the vendor request form, and a member of our team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. If you are a current vendor, please reach out to your assigned contact or email vendors@vuerentalproperties.com to email.
