GENERAL INFORMATION

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUES: If emergency maintenance or service is needed after calling 911, please contact us at 920-944-3515, extension 2486.

HVAC FAILURE: Please take a moment to ensure the following:

  • Your air filter has been changed recently.
  • The batteries in your thermostat have been replaced.
  • Check for any air coming from the vents.
  • Toggle the breaker for the heating/air unit on and off.
  • Inspect the outside unit to confirm the fan is running and that there is no ice buildup.

HOT WATER HEATER: Many hot water heater issues are caused by a pilot light going out or the thermostat needing adjustment. Residents are responsible for maintaining both, which can be found on the side of the hot water heater unit. For safety, we recommend having a professional relight the pilot light.

ELECTRICAL OUTAGES: Please check with your neighbors to determine if the electrical outage is limited to your home or if it’s a larger issue affecting the area. If the outage is due to a storm, an incident, or a local issue, the utility provider will be able to offer updates on the status of the service.

If only part of your home is affected, check the breaker box for any tripped breakers. Unplug any devices that may have caused an overload. Be sure to check GFI outlets with a reset button and reset all breakers as needed. Occasionally, a breaker in one area of the house (such as downstairs) can affect breakers in another area (like upstairs).

AFTER-HOUR SERVICES

  • If your kitchen or bathroom sink is leaking, please contact the Director of Property Management at 920-944-3515, extension 2486.

  • If your power is out, start by checking your breaker panel, which is typically located in the basement. Before contacting our Director of Property Management, please call We Energies at 1-800-662-4797 to see if there are any scheduled or reported outages in your area.

    If there are no outages reported, please wait until the next business day to contact us via email at service@vuerentalproperties.com or by calling 920-944-3515, extension 2486. If the issue occurs over the weekend, you may leave a message at 920-944-3515, extension 6608, and expect a return call within 24 hours.

  • If you have no hot water, please wait until the next business day to contact us at service@vuerentalproperties.com or by calling 920-944-3515, extension 2486. If this occurs over the weekend, you may leave a message at 920-944-3515, extension 6608, and we will return your call within 24 hours.

  • If your refrigerator is not working, first unplug the unit and plug it back in securely. If it still doesn't turn on, please wait until the next business day to contact us at service@vuerentalproperties.com or call 920-944-3515, extension 2486. If the issue occurs on the weekend, you may leave a message at 920-944-3515, extension 6608, and we will return your call within 24 hours.
